Student Representative Committee (SRC)

The GHE Student Representative Committee comprises a group of student representatives from both courses. The main objective of the SRC is to ensure that students have an input into the decision- making processes of GHE relating to curriculum, student feedback and support. A student from each year group is elected by their peers to represent the interests of the students in that group, and to provide information to the group on SRC discussions and activities.

SRC meeting dates are determined at the beginning of the semester following election of a Chairperson. The Vice-Chair supports the Chairperson and acts as Chairperson for the meetings in his/her absence. The Academic Director chairs the first meeting and the Course Coordinators and Student Support Officer are in attendance to provide support and facilitate the elections of the Chairperson and Vice-Chair.
