Position: Registrar

Location: Sydney (Full time)
Global Higher Education is seeking an experienced higher education professional to lead student records, admissions, regulatory reporting, and compliance operations. Reporting to the CEO, the Registrar oversees the full student lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, regulatory alignment, and high quality administrative support across the Institute.
The role requires a minimum of five years' experience in higher education student services and regulatory compliance, including demonstrated capability in TCSI reporting, and working within TEQSA/HESF and ESOS/National Code frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage PIR/TCSI submissions and associated regulatory reporting.
• Oversee student records and student contracts.
• Coordinate admissions and progression processes.
• Support academic governance and prepare compliance reports.
• Contribute to strategic and operational planning.
• Lead orientation, graduation, and student lifecycle administration.
• Collaborate with academic, professional, and finance teams to ensure accurate and compliant operations.
Essential criteria:
• Minimum five years' higher education student services and regulatory experience (including TCSI).
• Strong knowledge of TEQSA, HESF, ESOS, and the National Code.
• High level analytical, reporting, and data management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated experience improving processes and managing complex student administration.
